Sound Baths

Deep rest sound bath: An immersive sound experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation. Layers of resonant sound from gongs, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments create space to slow down, settle the mind, and reconnect with stillness.

This class is intentionally grounding, spacious, and restorative.

Immersive sound journey: An immersive sound experience exploring resonance, texture, rhythm, and atmosphere through gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other expressive instruments.

Unlike a traditional sound bath focused primarily on rest, Sound Journey moves through moments of intensity, spaciousness, stillness, and movement — creating a rich and deeply immersive listening experience.

Each journey is unique.

Sound Massage

Sound massage is a deeply relaxing therapeutic experience that uses specially designed singing bowls placed on and around the body. The bowls are gently played, allowing both sound and subtle vibrations to be felt throughout the body.

Many people describe the experience as calming, grounding, and deeply restorative. The combination of sound, vibration, and stillness can help quiet the mind, ease tension, and support the body’s natural capacity for rest and recovery.

Unlike traditional massage, there is no manipulation of muscles or tissues. Clients remain fully clothed and simply rest comfortably while receiving the sounds and vibrations of the bowls.

Each session is tailored to the individual and may support:

  • Deep relaxation

  • Stress reduction

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Increased body awareness

  • A sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing

While sound massage is not a medical treatment, it can be a valuable complement to other wellness practices and may help create the conditions for rest, restoration, and self-healing.

Our Approach

We believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated, performative, or forceful.

Our work is rooted in the understanding that the body and nervous system respond best to safety, presence, and deep rest. Through therapeutic sound, restorative practices, and mindful movement, we create an experience that invites  regulation and deep listening.

Rather than focusing on achievement or intensity, we encourage slowing down, cultivating awareness, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal.

Why we do it

Our own experiences have shown us that importance of slowing down in a world that often asks us to do more, move faster, and stay constantly connected.

We created these offerings to provide a different kind of space: one where people can rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and experience the benefits of therapeutic practices that support the body, mind and soul.

We believe that rest is not a luxury. It is an essential part of health, healing and wellbeing.
