FOUNDER
Gargi is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher whose work is shaped by over 15 years of training in Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form rooted in rhythm, breath, and embodied storytelling. This foundation deeply informs her teaching, bringing precision, fluidity, and a meditative quality to movement.
She has taught and hosted retreats internationally, including teaching Yoga in Namibia and Nicaragua, and draws inspiration from travel, culture, and sustained self practice. Gargi is a dedicated student of Advaita Vedanta, and her classes reflect a contemplative approach where Asana becomes a form of inquiry.
Her teaching blends Asana, Pranayama, meditation, and philosophy, inviting students into Yoga as movement meditation rather than performance.
FOUNDER
Randy is a sound and Yoga practitioner with a focus on stillness, resonance, and nervous system regulation. He is a certified Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner and is completing certification through the International Sound Therapy Association, grounding his work in both traditional and therapeutic sound practices.
Alongside sound work, Randy is a Registered Yoga Teacher and is currently enrolled in a Yoga therapy program. His sessions integrate sound, gentle Yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support deep rest and embodied awareness.
Known for his calm presence and thoughtful pacing, Randy creates spaces that feel safe, spacious, and quietly restorative.
