Theme: Sacral & Self Love
A 90-minute guided tea ceremony led by Bobby and Joesun, recent apprenticeship graduates of the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education in Traditional Herbalism, Sacred Plant Medicine, and Holistic Healing.
This intimate tea ceremony draws inspiration from traditional Korean tea ceremonies (darye, 다례) and also Joesun and Bobby's Studies in Traditional Herbalism. Sitting together in circle around a shared altar, this tea experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a personal relationship with herbs.
We begin with a guided visualization meditation to ground the body and settle the nervous system, followed by an intentional tea experience where participants are invited to sit with the tea, tune inward, and notice what arises—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Journaling is welcomed throughout, and space is held for those who feel called to share their experience within the circle. Afterward, Bobby and Joesun offer teachings on the herbs and their benefits, including their traditional uses and how they support the body, mind, and spirit.
Each participant will receive a take-home guide covering the qualities and benefits of the herbs, where to source them locally, and how to prepare them with respect and care.
Expect to leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more confident exploring simple, natural ways to support your well-being.
